Premier League | Gameweek 7 | Man Utd lose at West Ham | Liverpool rescue point at Chelsea

In gameweek seven, Manchester United suffered defeat at West Ham United while Chelsea and Liverpool played out a stalemate at Stamford Bridge.

Elsewhere, there were wins for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leicester City, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton, Arsenal, Burnley and Bournemouth.

West Ham’s surprise win at the London Stadium saw taken the lead within five minutes through Felipe Anderson before a Victor Lindelof own goal saw the Hammers doubling their advantage on the stroke of half-time.

After the break, Manchester United pulled a goal back through Marcus Rashford, but Marko Arnautovic restored the hosts’ two-goal lead minutes later to seal all three points.

Chelsea’s draw at the Bridge against Liverpool saw them taking the lead midway through the first-half through Eden Hazard. The Reds equalised late in the second-half through Daniel Sturridge, firing a long-range effort against his former club to rescue a point for Jurgen Klopp’s men.
